Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Subject
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all purchases made on the Ergotech store. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3 – Products and Availability
Products are offered subject to available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be notified and may choose between a replacement product, store credit, or a full refund.
Article 4 – Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Ergotech reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown before checkout confirmation.
Article 5 – Orders
An order is definitively confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. Ergotech reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or unresolved prior payment disputes.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card via Stripe or via PayPal. All transactions are SSL-secured. Ergotech does not store any banking or card data.
Article 7 – Shipping
Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout based on the destination. Delivery times begin from payment confirmation. Ergotech cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (30 days)
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification required. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 9 – Legal Warranties
All products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (art. L217-4 Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact contact@ergotech.fr.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.
Article 11 – Mediation and Disputes
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use a certified consumer mediator free of charge. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These T&Cs are governed by French law.
